The petitioner is accused in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 495 of 2016, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, one Kaushal Yadav was apprehended, who disclosed the name of petitioner as associates except that nothing has been collected by the Investigating Officer showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner was apprehended in Saharsa P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017, thereafter he is remanded in the present case on 07.03.2016, since then he is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27708 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 in custody.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 495 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
