The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No.03 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is of thrashing the injured, causing injury to her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted and there is no specific allegation against him. Petitioner is 'Dewar' of the victim lady and he has no criminal antecedent. However, learned APP for the State vehementally
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37336 of 2020(4) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM I/C, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S.Case No.03 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
