Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to be pick-pocketer and he was caught with stolen wallet of the informant. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-06-2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sonepur (Hazipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 51 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38691 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur (Saran).
