The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has stated that when he was searching for tempo, three miscreants including petitioner came and offered him for auto and all of sudden all the miscreants snatched Rs.1658/- cash and a bag having some clothes and damaged golden chain and on hulla, they started fleeing away but they were chased and apprehended. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44323 of 2018(3) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 case. It has been further submitted that petitioner alongwith other co-accused and informant were traveling in the same coach of the train, in which due to sitting place in the coach, some altercation was took place between them, for this reason also petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018.
