The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 394, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.1 assaulted the father of the informant with iron rod on his head whereas petitioner no.2 threw bricks bats causing injury to the father of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The injury caused is simple is found simple in nature and

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Khagaria in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
