Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47, 49 and 50 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. In huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle in which petitioner and three others were found sitting.

Moreover, co- accused Rakesh Mishra and Shatrudhan Mahto, having similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in Hatidah P.S. Case no. 49/2016.
