Petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat P.S. Case No.620 of 1994 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant was having a garage in the name and style of Bharat Body Builder. It is further alleged that informant went to his garage from back door and found certain articles like drill machines, two dynamo etc. were found missing.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was employee of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant himself went to garage from back door and reported the articles to be missing.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40208 of 2019(3) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No.620 of 1994, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
