2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Essential commodities Act and 9 (b) of The Explosive Substance Act.

3. It is alleged that 1455 liters diesel was recovered from the house of Rahul Kumar.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that illegal diesel was recovered from the house of the petitioner and there was no legal receipt for the

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of diesel was recovered from the house of petitioner and he did not produce any legal receipt, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
