Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been transferred/deputed from Patna district to Aurangabad district under the orders of Director General cum Inspector General of Police and he has a grievance that since he was a resident of district Vaishali, his transfer ought to have been made as per the circular of the Director General cum Inspector General of Police dated 19.7.1984 to an adjoining district, this Court, without expressing any opinion, would only give liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the Director General of Police to examine such grievance of the petitioner in the light of the circular which

Thus, if the Director General of Police would find any justifiable reason for changing the place of posting of the petitioner, he will do so and if he does not find any such reason, he may reject the grievance of the petitioner by a speaking order.\ With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
