The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(A) and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that initially the case is made out regarding negligence of doctor stating that deceased died during the course of delivery. However, subsequently, the FIR was further embellished by stating that the dowry was demanded by these petitioners. Considering the peculiar nature of the case and admittedly, the fact that the deceased died during the course of delivery, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of
