JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties of the Central Bank of India. Two supplementary show causes have been filed on behalf of the opposite parties; firstly for extension of time for passing the fresh order in terms of the directions given in the writ petition. In the third supplementary show cause it is stated that fresh administrative order dated 9.6.2016 has been passed by which it has been directed that the petitioner will not be eligible to draw any salary for the period of his dismissal till the date of his scheduled retirement on the principle of "No work No pay".
Patna High Court MJC No.589 of 2013 (6) dt.22-06-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is contrary to law.
Be that as it may, the order under contempt appears to have been complied with.
The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order that has been passed, he may take recourse to appropriate remedy. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
