2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 563 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the case due to dirty politics to extort money. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R., as well as, the fact that the brother of the informant is still traceless, I am not inclined enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
