It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in this case earlier a report was called for from the court concerned and from perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending after argument on 17.02.2016 and it is mentioned that on several dates, it has been partly argued.
I could not understand the meaning of partly argument as the argument started from 17.02.2016 and it should have been concluded in one or two dates and why the adjournment has been given to the defence.
As such considering the aforesaid fact, this application is dismissed with direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial and pass judgment within a period of three months.
