2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1250 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the bank of Gandak River.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got 9 criminal antecedents out of which 7 are of similar nature.
