This application, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed on behalf of petitioner for cancellation of bail bonds of opposite party no. 2, namely, Gunjan Singh, as furnished by him in Complaint Case no. 657(C) of 2018 pending in the court of Sub-Judge-XIV-cumACJM, Patna, in the light of order dated 03.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 625 of 2019 by this Court, wherein opposite party no. 2 was allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41143 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 I find no reason to cancel the bail bonds of the opposite party no. 2 as furnished by him in connection with Complaint Case no. 657(C) of 2018 pending in the court of SubJudge-XIV-cum-ACJM, Patna in the light of order dated 03.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc.
