2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.31 of 2025 arising out of Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41933 of 2025(4) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No.31 of 2025 arising out of Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024 .
