It has been submitted that the trial is at the advance stage and therefore, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

This bail petition is disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by giving short adjournments.
