The petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B) and 22 of the NDSPS Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 34 kgs of ganja from the house and orchard of the petitioner.

The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected when the recovery is of commercial quantity of contraband.

The report of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara dated 05.09.2019 reflects that the trial is at the fag end and it is likely to be concluded within a period of two months.

However, it is expected from the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of Barhara P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 within the time frame transmitted to this Court.
