The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to lodge First Information Report relating to alleged murderous assault by the accused.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State which discloses that on the basis of the written report filed by the petitioner Paroo P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1151 of 2014 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 has been lodged and investigation is going on. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous for all practical purposes and accordingly the same stands disposed off.
