2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 395 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who got married with the deceased 18 years back, is alleged to have killed her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that deceased has committed suicide and the same is supported by the postmortem report also as there is no external injury found on the body of the deceased and there is only a

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the post-mortem report and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Nemdaranj P.S. Case No. 395 of 2025.
