The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 392 of the IPC. 3.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons forcefully abducted the informant and tied his limbs and mouth. They robbed his mobile and Rs.5000/- from his purse and ran away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and has been made accused during the course of investigation on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47576 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 C.D.R. analysis. No T.I. Parade has been held. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been rotting in judicial custody since 06.03.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.269 of 2021.
