ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1036-C/2010 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the complainant-Ritu Devi and Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are brothers-in-law of the said lady. Learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33153 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 further submits that the husband is willing and ready to keep the complainant with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act so as to cause any mental torture to her.
Considering the assurance given by the learned counsel for the petitioners that these petitioners shall also co-operate with the lady in question, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No.1036-C/2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
