2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The matter had been referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for amicable settlement of disputes and it would appear from the memorandum of agreement dated 02.07.2025 that the issues have been resolved between the parties in Mediation Proceeding No. 430 of 2025 as it has been agreed that the petitioner would pay an amount of Rs. 4500/- per month to the O.P. No. 2, besides the other terms and conditions.
4. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43072 of 2024(7) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 614 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S., and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. However, it is expected that both the parties would strictly adhere to the terms and conditions as agreed upon between them.
