Having regard to the fact that pursuant to an order of this Court dated 14.3.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 4390/2013 the opposite parties have already undertaken the exercise of consideration for making appointment on compassionate ground as is fully explained in the show cause reply filed by the opposite parties, this Court is not inclined to initiate any proceeding of contempt but then it is made clear that if the petitioner fulfills those requirement being examined by the opposite parties, a final order with regard to offering compassionate appointment should be taken expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of fulfillment of criteria/ requisites by the petitioner and
Patna High Court MJC No.3030 of 2014 (2) dt.08-09-2015 other family members as being asked by the opposite parties. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
