JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018. for the offenses under Sections 307, 504, 506, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3⁄4 Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly circumstanced coaccused Wikash Singh has been granted bail on 28.5.2019in Cr. Misc. No. 34982 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41636 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, subject to the condition that bailors shall be the family members.
