From joint possession of both the petitioners, while they were proceeding over bicycle, 14.100 litres of country made wine were recovered for which petitioners are under custody since 22.07.2016. Furthermore, from para-3 of the instant petition, it is evident that both the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Accordingly, petitioners, Binod Mandal @ Vinod Mandal and Butan Mandal @ Butan Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi PS Case No. 113 of 2016.
