A counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 4. Let the same be kept on record. The present application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to take action against the Respondents No. 5 and 6 for taking the husband of the petitioner into custody illegally and snatching his money. From the counter affidavit it transpires that upon investigation the allegations have not been found true.
