One master key, Samsung mobile and a sim as well as a motorcycle are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation to commit the crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 436 of 2014.
