The petitioner seeks bail in Pupri P.S. Case No. 230 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

61 litres of Nepali saufi liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Nunu Devi.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
