SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-07-2015 In the light of the order of the High Court, Kishanganj Nagar Parishad has not only raised shops in question, but also handed over the possession of the shops to the petitioners after execution of the agreement by them.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the cost of the shops as per the agreement is too exorbitant as earlier allottees have been allotted shops at Rs. 70,000/- per shop.
3. Aforesaid submission cannot be appreciated in
Patna High Court MJC No.4914 of 2014 dt.21-07-2015 2/2 the contempt proceeding. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
