The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 96/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, wife of the deceased made allegation that her husband had constructed the house of the petitioner on contract. The deceased had gone to the house of the petitioner to demand the wages and the money of contract, but he did not return. The dead body of the deceased was found. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. The dead body of deceased does not bear any injury, but it appears that the witnesses have stated that the deceased had gone to the house of the petitioner to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34908 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 demand his money, but he did not return. Thereafter, his dead body was found.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
