It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 20.09.2019, petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below on some different date, however, in the said order, the date of surrender has inadvertently recorded as 20.09.2019, which is the date of order itself.

Having consider the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of the order dated 20.09.2019, the date of surrender mentioned as 20.09.2019 apparently appears to be wrong as the order itself is dated 20.09.2019.
