The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. case No. 199 of 2016 under Section 307, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired on the left thigh of informant. The projective passed through. The doctor found two injures and both the injuries are communicating to each other. It is opined that the injury is grievous in nature as middle part of thigh bone was found cracked.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a fit of anger the firing was made which hit on non vital part of the body. The petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months.
