Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 for the offence under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later on 395 was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that FIR was lodged against unknown.

Name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of Shiv Shankar Kumar.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.1.2019. Shiv Shankar Kumar who disclosed the name of the petitioner in the occurrence, has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17177 of 2019 vide order dated 2.4.2019.

No.42777 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019.
