For the Appellant/s : Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh, Senior Advocate Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar (ASG) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE And HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-07-2015 This appeal is preferred against the order dated 15.01.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No.19590 of 2013. Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition by observing that it is covered by the order dated 15.01.2015 in CWJC No.17899 of 2012 and batch. After hearing learned senior counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents, we find that the common order in CWJC No.17899 of 2012 and batch was the subject matter of L.P.A. No.1491 of 2014 and batch. Through a common judgment dated 24.03.2015, this Court dismissed the batch of L.P.As, but left open to the individual candidates to agitate the matter before the Committee.
Patna High Court LPA No.245 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 3/3 Following the same, we dismiss this Letters Patent Appeal. It is, however, left open to the individual candidates to agitate their grievance before the Committee which, in turn, shall take the same into account, but shall stick to the same procedure that was followed in the selection of 32,127 teachers on the previous occasion.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
