ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioners seeks quashing of the order dated 20.4.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions judge, Patna, in Anticipatory Bail Petition no. 22214 of 2014 arising out of Complaint case No. 24519(C) of 2014 on the ground that the Court below has not properly appreciate the case.

Considering that the Senior Judicial Officer, applied its discretion to the facts of the case in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 and there is no material to suggest that he ever misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands rejected.
