The Petitioner seeks bail in Excise (S.Trial) Case No. 86 of 2017 arising out of Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since, 02.11.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25149 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Excise (S.Trial) Case No. 86 of 2017 arising out of Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016.
