This is the second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28-10-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40586 of 2016, primarily on submission made by learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that in the case diary, there was sufficient material against the petitioner as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner. In this case, by order dated 21-06-2017, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report indicates that two sessions trial have been amalgamated and thereafter, charge has already been framed and now the case is fixed for evidence.
