The petitioner seeks bail in Rajapakar P.S. Case No.212 of 2020 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

One auto rickshaw was intercepted and two motorcyclists were also apprehended. Altogether 172 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Petitioner was also apprehended with the driver of the auto rickshaw. From the bag of the petitioner, 10 litres of liquor was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the recovery of 10 litres of liquor, the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No.212 of 2020.
