2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S.Case No. 226 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 96, 64, 318(4), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 4 of the POCSO Act and section 9 of the Child Marriage Restrain Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the main accused Rishu Kumar is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely implicated in this case. The victim has stated that she has

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Session Judge 6th Samastipur/ concerned court below in connection with Tajpur P.S.Case No. 226 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Section 482 of the BNSS.
