This is a case registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Annexure-2 of the application is a certificate showing the petitioner's disability of Orthopaedically handicapped. The petitioner has been in judicial custody since 25.03.2017. He is only an accused although the recovery is said to be made from the house wherein others also reside. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
