JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 153A, 341, 342, 323, 337, 338, 353, 307, 427, 435, 436, 504, 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and thereafter Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2023.

The petitioner is said to have misbehaved with the police.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42251 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023.
