1. Heard Ms. Nitu Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajendra Prasad Nat, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No. 38 of 2025 (G.R. No. 414 of 2025), dated 27.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of a country made pistol from the house of this petitioner and he has been languishing in jail since 28.02.2025 and has fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that against the petitioner, the investigation has been completed and most of the witnesses of

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the relevant materials. Though, the instant matter relates to recovery of country made pistol from the house of this petitioner but considering his fair and clean antecedent and coupled with the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant him the relief of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No. 38 of 2025 (G.R. No. 414 of 2025) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
