JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh, the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 registered for the offences alleged under Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation of consuming 38.01 mg/100 ml of alcohol against the petitioner.
The learned APP though attempted to oppose the prayer for bail but considering the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, let the petitioner, namely, Dilip Goshwami be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
