Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015 registered under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 427, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted by means of Lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2394 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.53998 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 case and the fact that co-accused has been granted bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kuldeep, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga, in connection with Singhwara P.S.
