2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 201, 401, 413, 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of the motor-cycle bearing UP65AP 6589 from the petitioner's house on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Dhananjay Tiwari @ Bigan Baba. It is submitted that there is land dispute between Kamakhya Narayan Tiwary, uncle of the said co-accused Dhananjay Tiwari @ Bigan Baba and Ramkeshwar Ram, petitioner's father in Mutation Appeal No. 138 of 2013-14 which is pending in the court of the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Mohania. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as recovery of the stolen motor-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37842 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 cycle from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
