2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhaura P. S. Case No. 47/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code to which Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added later on.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of Rima Devi by means of farsa as a result of which she sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As per injury report, doctor has found no external injury. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Lakhaura P. S. Case No. 47/2024.
