The Petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a, and 26 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possessin of the petitioner except one SIM Card. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come only on the confessional statement of Laxman Ram @ Munna Ram. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 01.03.2017 and has got no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017.
