It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that bail bonds of the petitioner was cancelled on 03.12.2013 but subsequently he suo moto surrendered before the court below on 30.07.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Patna, District-Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.1247 of 2010 arising out of
