JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant and other police officials had forced the petitioner to give bags of cement, which was refused by the petitioner, resulting his implication in this false case.
Accordingly, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
